Alicia Silverstone was born on October 4, 1976, in Hillsborough, California to Monty Silverstone and Deidre Radford. She also has half-siblings who were born from the earlier marriage to her father. The typical upper-middle class background and was raised in San Francisco. Silverstone began modeling when she was six and was then featured in her very first TV commercial for Domino's Pizza. Silverstone was educated in Crocker Middle School in San Mateo and San Mateo High Schools. The year 1992 saw Silverstone's debut role on The Wonder Years. Critics and the audience praised her for the role, which she was awarded. She appeared in the music videos Cryin & Amazing from Aerosmith. In 1993 she made appearances in a variety of television movies, including Torch Song or Scattered Dreams. It was followed by a major part in the television film Cool and the Crazy (1994). In 1995, she made her most significant breakthrough in the field of acting in the form of Cher Horowitz, in the
